Gabrielle is in Oslo, Norway from May 3 to June 14 to execute a series of commissioned wall murals. She is painting rennaissance style frescoes and decor throughout the home, working to recreate the artisan feel of an Italian villa.

   

    Gabrielle’s clients, the Granli family, are great patrons of the arts and crafts. THey are in the process of construcint their dream hoem, which will include one-of-a-kind craftmanship in literally every angle. They travel extensively in Italy, seeking the finest woodworker, metalworkers and artist. It was on one of these trips two years ago that they first met Gabrielle while she was chalking painting on the streets of Florence. 

    Gabrielle is painting reproductions of several frescoes from Raphael’s “Vatican Stanzas” series for the Granli’s new home. In addition, she is painting rennaissance decrative borders and “trompe l’oeil” effects for several of the rooms.
